    When interviewing candidates, we begin with a two-hour in-person meeting, during which we discuss past work experiences and put applicants in real-life problem solving situations. We conduct portfolio reviews and ask all candidates to demonstrate their skills through a computer-based evaluation. All candidates also undergo a thorough reference check.

    Track Our Progress

    Brainstorm Creative Resources’ recruiting practice offers contingency-based billing. We only bill clients for services rendered if they have been… well, rendered. We also offer clients two ways to monitor our recruiting efforts.

    First, all recruiting activities are logged in a progress report spreadsheet which you can request to review at any time. Second, all applicants and candidates who are considered for your open position are reviewed in a snapshot-style comparison list, which is updated and delivered to your inbox on a weekly basis.

    Our Guarantee

    We want you to be thrilled with the placement we’ve provided. That’s why we offer a 90-dayguarantee on all permanent placements. If you become dissatisfied with a placement at any time during the first 90 days of a new hire’s employment, you’ll receive a refund for up to the fullplacement fee or an equivalent dollar amount to be applied to a future placement.

    We accept requests for same-day and next-day temporary assignments, as well as those that may be scheduled to begin any number of days, weeks, or months in the future.     Our Guarantees

    If you’re not satisfied with a placement for any reason — and you communicate your dissatisfaction to us before the end of the first day of a new assignment — billing for the assignment will be waived.

    Of course, we understand that it’s often not easy to determine the value of a person’s participation during the first day of a temporary or freelance assignment. We are available to discuss employee performance throughout the assignment lifecycle. And if you determine at a point late in an assignment that a Brainstorm Creative Resources freelance professional has delivered an inadequate product, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
