Consulting Solutions
Our consulting solutions are tailored to support managers who intend to hire a creative or editorial service professional. They can be combined or provided a la carte. Solutions include:
- Detailed overview of creative or editorial department structure and discussion of position relationships and responsibilities
- Job description writing and editing
- Position advertisement direction and placement
- Remote in-box rental for applicant response
- Resume screen with or without follow-up report
- Resume review with or without follow-up report
- Phone screen with follow-up report
- One-on-one interview with portfolio review and follow-up report
- Skills testing
- Criminal record, substance abuse and consumer credit screen
- References check
Fees
All consulting services are billed at $75/hour, with no minimum usage required. Fractions of hours are rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Additional fees apply to criminal record, substance abuse and consumer credit screens. Please inquire for specific pricing details.
Billing
Consulting clients are provided a progress report each week that details the complete number of hours, rounded to the nearest quarter hour, that were committed to the forward progress of their assignments. Brainstorm Creative Resources bills clients for all services relating to a consulting assignment upon assignment completion.
Guarantees
Brainstorm Creative Resources guarantees all staffing and recruitment placements. (Please see Staffing and Recruiting sections of our website for additional details.) However, since Brainstorm Creative Resources does not source candidates for consulting clients, placements are not guaranteed.
